Electrometer is the newest joint venture formed between Egypt and the state of Minas Gerais. The company, which received investment of around US$ 5 million, is going to produce electricity meters.

The number of transactions with credit, debit and shop cards in Brazil reached 508 million in July, with growth of 21% over the same month last year.
