São Paulo – The Household Consumption Intention Index (ICF) registered in December its sixth straight jump and reached 75.6 points. It’s the highest level since July of last year, according to the São Paulo State Federation of Trade in Goods, Services and Tourism (FecomercioSP).
The ICF rose 2.4% over November and 14.6% over the same month of last year. The index ranges from zero to 200 points, and when below 100 points, it signals dissatisfaction. Above 100 points, it shows satisfaction regarding conditions for consumption.
