Brazilian companies participating in the AEEDC were Aditek, Angelus, Bio-Art, Bionnovation, Cristófoli, Dentscler, DFL, DFVasconcellos, DSP Biomedical, Indusbello, Maquira, Microdont, Olsen, ROIC, SIN Implantes, Systhex, Titanium Fix, and XDENT. Brazilian Hands On Area, a space for hands-on product testing, was a highlight of the expo again.
“The area enabled companies not only to engage in the usual, passive promotion at their stands, but to do more technical promotion as well, demonstrating their products to distributors, prospective buyers, dentists. This is a more dynamic approach that attracted more visitors,” the statement quoted the executive as saying.
Brazilian oral health and dental care is known globally, and that helps close deals. Brazilian companies shipped USD 85 million worth of products abroad last year. Arab countries alone purchased USD 590 million from Brazil in 2015, the last year for which data are available.
