São Paulo – Aircraft maker Embraer announced on Wednesday (02) that they had delivered three ERJ 145 jets to Mexican airline Aerolitoral. Each aircraft has a capacity for transport of up to 50 passengers. In all, the company from Mexico has ordered five aircraft. The two remaining aircraft should be delivered up to September.
According to information provided by Embraer, Aerolitoral, a subsidiary of AeroMexico, is the largest regional aviation company in Mexico. This is the first time it is going to operate with Brazilian aircraft.
Still yesterday, the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) announced approval of US$ 220.8 million for financing of export of 10 Embraer 170 jets, produced by the Brazilian company. The model has a capacity for transport of up to 78 people.
