São Paulo – Remittances to Jordan from nationals living abroad reached close to USD 3.5 billion from January to October 2015, up 1.9% from the comparable period in 2014, the Jordanian Central Bank reported this Monday (04) according to the Jordan News Agency (Petra).
Remittances by expatriates are a major source of revenue for labor force exporting countries. In October alone, remittances amounted to USD 285.8 million, up 1,1% from October 2014.
