Historian Arlene Clemesha will speak on the views of western countries on the Middle East and the relations of the Arab world with democracy. The event takes place on September 8th, at 7 PM, at the Arab Chamber, in São Paulo.

Conference on the topic takes place in Brasília in November and will discuss targets to reduce the numbers of victims. Brazil and 18 other countries, among them Oman and Morocco, are committed to the goals.
