Leather exports to Arab countries rose 212% in three years
The Brazilian leather sector productive chain has a turnover greater than US$ 4.1 billion a year, brings together 7,000 industries, employs over 500,000 people and exported approximately US$ 3.3 billion last year. Sector representatives, however, believe revenues could be far greater if the shipping of greater added value products were stimulated.
