São Paulo – Next Monday (8), the first edition of the International Medical Tourism Exhibition and Conference begins in Oman, in country capital Muscat. The event, to end on Wednesday (10), is organized by the World National Exhibition (WNE) and the Omani Health Ministry.
According to Oman News Agency, the exhibition will include participation of specialists, doctors, consultants and health professionals from several Arab and Asian countries. According to the agency, the event should attract over 50 hospitals and health centres from countries like Iran, Malaysia, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and India, as well as hospitals in Oman.
There should also be a two-day conference in which doctors and specialists should give talks about the concept of medical tourism and new projects in the area, as well as presenting the services and facilities offered by the hospitals participating in the fair.
