According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the total produced by Brazilian crops and pastures reaches US$ 122.58 billion this year.

The country produced 725 million dozen eggs in Q2 of this year. According to the Brazilian statistics institution, it was the highest volume of production since the survey started in 1983.

Brazil shipped 884,700 tons to the region from January to July. Countries such as Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Egypt increased their imports.
The 11th assessment of the 2014/2015 cycle estimates a production of 208.8 million tons of grains in Brazil. The record-breaking number is 8% higher than in the previous crop.
Exports revenues totaled US$ 117.8 million from January to July. The volume shipped, however, declined 4% in the same period.
There was a decline in July of the index calculated by FAO to the lowest level since September 2009. Dairies and vegetable oils are cheaper.
