Agência Brasil Rio de Janeiro – Following two months of decline, industrial employment grew once again in April, in comparison with the previous month. The rate of growth came to 0.6%, as announced today by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). Compared with April, 2004, the number of industrial jobs was up 3.1%.

At supermarkets in Doha, most of the chicken sold is Brazilian. Apart from whole frozen birds, brands like Sadia and Perdigão also sell products like sausages, meatballs, nuggets and chicken hamburgers. In the stores of the city, Brazilian shoes can also be seen. Brands like Ferracini, Azaléia and Piccadilly share the shelves with Italian and Thai shoes.
